What you’ll do
- Own the events calendar, registration journey and attendee communications.
- Coordinate venues, speakers, volunteers, accessibility and event safety.
- Support cohort rituals, community channels and alumni engagement.
- Track attendance, satisfaction and participation quality.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years running communities, events or member programs.
- Strong operational planning and calm live-event judgement.
- Excellent written communication and inclusive hosting skills.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.
Helpful, not required
- Experience producing hackathons or developer events.
- Existing relationships across the Lagos technology ecosystem.
