What you’ll do
- Design and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, projects and gated assessments.
- Brief and support facilitators, mentors and assessors.
- Use learner evidence and feedback to improve completion and mastery.
- Keep curriculum, weekly schedules and cohort delivery aligned.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in learning design, technical education or workforce development.
- Evidence of designing project-based learning and assessment rubrics.
- Strong facilitation, writing and stakeholder management.
- Comfort working with technical subject-matter experts.
Helpful, not required
- Experience with early-career African talent.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.
