Scope and eligibility

Unless an experience expressly states otherwise, registrations are for people aged 18 or older. Programs open to minors must publish the age range, supervision model and required parent or guardian consent before registration.

Expected conduct

  • Use professional, observable and age-appropriate communication.
  • Do not seek private meetings, transport, images or direct messages with a minor outside approved arrangements.
  • Do not exploit a power imbalance, exchange favours for access, or ignore a disclosure of harm.
  • Collect and share only the minimum safeguarding information needed.

Reporting and immediate danger

Report concerns through Safety or conduct. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not investigate an allegation yourself or promise absolute confidentiality.

Our response

We may separate people, remove access, document concerns, contact guardians where appropriate, consult safeguarding professionals or notify authorities. Information is shared on a need-to-know basis while respecting legal obligations and procedural fairness.
